Your shrimp is packed with dry ice to stay frozen during transit. Refreezing or refrigerating for immediate use is safe if it arrives cold but slightly soft. If you have concerns about your order, please contact our customer support team.
Can I choose my delivery day?
We do not guarantee specific delivery dates, but orders are shipped based on our transit schedule to arrive frozen. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
Do you offer local pickup?
Currently, we do not offer local pickup, but we are always looking to expand options for our customers.
Where do you ship?
We ship to all contiguous U.S. but do not serve Alaska, Hawaii, or international locations.
How do I track my order?
